Mr. Stafford specializes in complex commercial matters and construction - related cases.
He has extensive experience in litigating matters and counseling clients in the areas of contracts and commerce, private and public construction, commercial real property, corporations, banking and finance, bankruptcy, employment law and intellectual property.

In his Appellate practice, Mr. Nord has handled all aspects of successful cases for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.He is also adept at Alternative Dispute Resolutions and has
lectured on the topic and has appeared for the New Jersey State Bar Association as one of two panel members for a public television broadcast on the topic.

Adam Nord
Attorney
Adam Nord joined the firm in 2014. Adam is originally from East Brunswick and
attended East Brunswick High School. He graduated from Ithaca College in 2008
with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. Adam then attended Western New England
University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts.
